Born in Minsk, 1982.

In 2001 graduated from the Higher Telecom College, in 2004 - the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, in 2012 - the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Started the career in 2003, being a 5th year university student, as a specialist, and later as an information security engineer at the production private unitary enterprise "Svetoch". After graduating from the university, worked in the Department of Television, Radio Communications and Broadcasting of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus. In 2007, began the career at the Republican Unitary Enterprise for Supervision of Telecommunications "BelGIE" as a lead engineer in the technical department. From 2007 to 2009 – worked as head of the sector of international legal protection of radio frequencies, later headed the external relations department, the fixed service and international radio frequency protection department, the international cooperation division and later the international cooperation department. In 2020, headed "BelGIE".

On July 10, 2024, he was appointed to the position of the General Director of RUE Beltelecom.

Manages the activities of the Republican Unitary Telecommunications Enterprise Beltelecom on the basis of the Charter. Coordinates work on issues of accounting, production and economic, audit, international activities, PR communications, legal and regulatory support of the enterprise.
