Beltelecom and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at developing innovative projects and technologies in the field of education. On June 20, 2025, the document was signed by the Director General of RUE Beltelecom Aleksei Ivashkin and Rector of the educational institution Igor Buzovsky.

The partnership aims to create a digital ecosystem for higher education institutions. The first practical step in this direction will be the launch of the mobile platform “My University”.

Aleksei Ivashkin, Director General of RUE Beltelecom, “Beltelecom, as a center of competences in the field of telecommunications and digital projects, will provide its infrastructure and expertise for the implementation of joint digital initiatives. We have joined forces to improve operational efficiency and communication through modern technologies. I am sure that the mobile app “My University” will become a convenient and useful tool for both professors and students.”

Igor Buzovsky, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, “Our joint work aims not only to introduce innovative technologies into the management training system and facilitate the organizational processes of the Academy, but also to prepare specialists who will think strategically, understand the relationship between technology and management, and make effective decisions in digital transformation. This is especially important in the modern world, where technology becomes the basis of economic growth and social development, as well as the cultural structure of social development.”

The rector expressed confidence that the cooperation will start new projects aimed at improving the quality of public services, development of digital infrastructure, and training of highly qualified personnel. “The memorandum represents an effort to contribute to the construction of a smart, technologically advanced, and effective management system in Belarus that ensures national security and the national interests of our country”, Igor Buzovsky concluded.

The functionality of the platform “My University” includes the access to the timetable, electronic journal, assignments from professors, as well as registration for courses and online consultations. In addition, the mobile application will provide opportunities for interactive interaction and feedback.

The parties also expressed their willingness to expand professional training and implement joint educational programs.

It is symbolic that this new chapter of cooperation is launched on the eve of two significant anniversaries: the 30th anniversary of RUE Beltelecom and the 30th anniversary since the Academy was granted the status of a presidential institution. Today, the educational institution occupies a leading position in the system of training and professional development of management personnel, and Beltelecom is a technological leader in the telecom market.
