Main service features

The disk space provided is 100 GB. The technical specifications of the virtual server include 2 CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM. There is no limit on the number of accounts created within a single service.

– Support for working with RAR, ZIP and TGZ archives;
– Communication means: a messenger with audio, video and chat support;
– Work organization tools: task planner, calendar, notes functionality;
– Mail client and contact list support;
– Security features: two-factor authentication;
– File upload and download from subscriber devices;
– Shared presentation board and application catalog for expanded functionality;
– Connection to any service supporting WebDAV, as well as the possibility for subscribers to create user accounts within an allocated closed group;
– Full-text search for documents, etc.

“Cloud Office” is available as an additional service to the Internet access service (“Business Kit” line and current service packages of “Business Case” line), as well as the separate hosting service for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

Connection Procedure

You can connect the “Cloud Office” as an additional service to Internet access service, including as part of service packages, in any convenient way:

– via the “My Beltelecom” mobile app;

– at your user account on the website https://my.beltelecom.by/login;

– in sales offices of RUE Beltelecom .

The “Cloud Office” service, connected in addition to the main service is 107.5 rubles per month excluding VAT, the payment is made daily in equal shares. Advance and credit payment options are available, similar to the main internet access service.

The service can be activated as a separate hosting solution exclusively in the company's sales offices. In this case, the cost excluding VAT is also 107.5 rubles per month, and when ordering the service for a year at once, a 10% discount is provided.

After activating the service, the subscriber receives access to a virtual server with pre-installed software and personal login data for the management system.

The service is compatible with Windows, Android, macOS, and iOS operating systems.
