In order to continuously improve the quality of services provided and increase customer satisfaction, in 2003 RUE Beltelecom for the first time implemented and certified the quality management system for the provision of telecommunications services. In November 2024, the company successfully re-certified the quality management system for the provision of telecommunications services for compliance with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001-2015 standard “Quality Management Systems. Requirements”.
