In order to continuously improve the quality of the services provided and increase the satisfaction of the company's consumers, in 2003 RUE Beltelecom implemented and certified the quality management system for the provision of telecommunication services for the first time. In November-December 2021, the company successfully re-certified the quality management system for the provision of telecommunication services for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2015 “Quality Management Systems. Requirements”.

STB ISO 45001-2020

In the branches “Minsk City Telephone Exchange Branch” and “Long-Distance Communication Branch” of RUE Beltelecom health and safety management systems in professional activities are certified for compliance with STB ISO 45001-2020 “Health and safety management systems in professional activities. Requirements and Guidelines”.

STB ISO 14001-2017

In the Minsk branch of RUE Beltelecom, the environmental management system is certified for compliance with STB ISO 14001-2017 “Environmental management (management) systems. Requirements and application guide”.
