On May 1, the Victory Park in Minsk hosted the award ceremony of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus Award in the field of labor. The winners of the prestigious award were 16 organizations, 4 author groups and 5 employees. In the nomination “Energy, Transport and Communications”, the winner of the award - the Republican Unitary Telecommunications Enterprise Beltelecom.
The honorary award was received by the Director General of Beltelecom Aleksei Ivashkin and the chairperson of the primary trade union organization Anastasia Lozeiko.
“This is a high assessment of our production activities and, at the same time, the social policy that is being implemented at the enterprise to support youth, employees and veterans of Beltelecom. I thank the entire team and the trade union committee for their coordinated work. This is our common victory!”, Aleksei Ivashkin emphasized.
The Award of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus in the field of labor is awarded in various nominations once every two years, on Labor Day, May 1. The criteria for receiving the prize have been expanded this year. For the first time, a nomination for significant contribution to quality has been established. Citizens, author groups and organizations can become laureates of the prize based on their achievements in the field of labor over two years.
