During the first week of operation of the “My City” mobile application in Mogilev - 2,000 downloads, 12,000 views of organizations, 1,200 service orders and link clicks. This is the most excellent result of work in the project history.
The most popular was the section “Sports Schools and Clubs”, followed by “Education System Centers”. The top 5 also includes cafes and restaurants, city administrations, and hospitals.
It is worth reminding that the launch of the “My City” platform was given on March 17, 2023. Mogilev was the first of the regional centers to digitize the city infrastructure in the mobile application.
Thanks to the “My City” application, residents of Mogilev got convenient access to the entire city infrastructure - government organizations, sports and cultural facilities, educational and healthcare institutions. And here you can find all the necessary information, get feedback and order services without leaving your home.
For guests of the city visiting Mogilev for the first time, a digital navigator will help to create a route, get acquainted with the sights and, in general, orient themselves in the urban environment.
Since the application launch in 2021, the demand for the digital platform has been actively growing. Today, “My City” is successfully operating in 14 Belarusian cities, and another 31 are being prepared for launch. Almost 50 thousand users have already downloaded the mobile application for their city and appreciated its benefits.
