The central event of the first day was the panel discussion "The Future of Telecommunications in the CIS: Innovations in Management and Improving Business Efficiency", organized under the auspices of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC). The event was attended by heads of leading telecommunications companies and industry experts.
Aleksei Ivashkin, who is also the Chairman of the RCC Telecommunication and Infocommunication Operators Board (RCC TIOB), presented the experience of Beltelecom in creating and developing a digital ecosystem. He presented the company's achievements and prospects for further work in the conditions of the modern market.
The discussion participants focused on key issues of telecommunications development in the region: promising business models, innovative management and increasing efficiency in the mobile communications market. In particular, the experts discussed how technological advances contribute to economic growth, sustainable development and the implementation of the concept of "smart cities". Particular attention was paid to the readiness of the infrastructure for new challenges and effective approaches to its modernization.
