Deputy Director General for Economics and Commercial Issues

Born in Gomel in 1981.

In 2004, graduated from the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel and in 2015 - from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Started career in 2004 as a marketing specialist at JSC Gomel MA “Crystal”. Then worked at LLC BelVinil and RUE Center for Scientific, Technical, and Business Information. As of 2008, worked at the Sales and Service Department of JLLC Mobile TeleSystems in Gomel. In 2011 - 2018, headed the Commercial Department of the Gomel Branch of the RUE Beltelecom. From 2018 to 2025, held executive positions at the RUE National Traffic Exchange Center and the Scientific and Production Republican Unitary Enterprise “Research Institute for Technical Information Security”. 

As of July 2026, holds the position of Deputy Director General for Economics and Commercial Issues of RUE Beltelecom.

Manages the unified economic policy, the development of long-term and current economic and social development forecasts and business development plans for the enterprise. Forms the strategy for the implementation of telecommunications services and other products of the enterprise, determines key sales directions and strategies. Manages the marketing activities, organizes trend research in the telecommunications services market. Manages the financial activities of the enterprise.
